Last but not the least, try to transform the question answer round into a conversation which you as well as the interviewer enjoy. Remember interview is conversation. The way you need job, interviewer also needs your time and skills. You can also ask few questions to an interviewer about roles, responsibilities and company Speak slowly, stress upon important words. Be short and specific and give lot of examples.

Interview is a strange place to be in for most of us, unless you have practiced enough the nuances to get your interviewer to see only your strenghts and oversee your mistakes. The best way to gauge this is rather simple, think like the interviwer. Easier said than done! You may consider doing a Swot analysis for yourself and create a carefully drafted, well rehearsed introduction to start with. Then comes the place of building rapport and connecting with your potential workplace. A little knowledge of body language can perhaps pull you through most of the interviews unless its a technical knowledge round. You would find it surprising that most of the interviews does not get cleared with what you say you can do. It gets cleared when your interviewer perceives that you have the capability that they are looking for. Well theres nothing wrong to try out newer ways of attending interviews. At the most you may lose of on the first few. So go ahead give it a shot, who knows your next interview can change your life. read less
