You need to prepare on technical aspects wherein you should be able to convince the company about your skill set pertaining to the Job Requirement. If you have a job in a team, then questions pertaining to whether you are team player shall be asked directly or indirectly. If you apply for a Marketing Position, questions regarding your achievement of Sales targets will be asked. Hence the question will depend on the Job profile that you apply for. For Preparation - you need to have good Technical knowledge, be a Team Player, Dress Well, Maintain the quorum and etiquette, be confident, calm and composed and not nervous.
