Depends on the type of the interview you are attending. When the interviewer asks "Do you have any questions?" it is best to say "Thanks, I do not have any questions at this time." Or if you do have any questions make sure you ask it in a professional way and put it across crisp.

Plan to prepare 3- 5 questions ahead of time,as some may be answered during your interview Asking questions is generally a sign of your enthusiasm.
