Nothing can be learnt in a month. You have to decide whether you want to rally learn or just want a certificate.

It depends on what you already know, like if you can draw then it's easy to learn basic acrylic painting and there's one thing more if you got a certificate and didn't know how to do that work it's just a piece of paper.

One month certification wouldn't help for your future. Don't trust such type of certificate. If you want to really serious to learn any arts put your valuable time on it. It gives more impact First you decide what do you want to learn.
