Music is the thing which helps you to get rid of these problems. It gives you clam, fresh mind, gain your positive thinking quality, improves concentration power and makes you will feel calm and happy.

These things I feel when I do my "Music Riyaz". I got rid of depression and felt fantastic. So I will suggest you that you must learn something musical...feel good...live happily....
