How many hours should I allot for everyday studying to crack the IIT-JEE?

As suggested by toppers & mentors, students must devote at least 6 to 8 hours each day to prepare. While preparing it is advised to take adequate breaks during study hours. It will help to freshen up the mind & enhance concentration for the next studies.

Suggest me 2-3 best / good quality books (Publisher / Authors) for 9th Std. Student to prepare for IIT-JEE Foundation (Physics / Chemistry / Maths Only).
For 9th student it will be better to undaerstand the basic concepts and focus on basics. NCERT books will be better , other than this RD sharma for Mathematics, HCV for physics, OPA for chemistry.
