Class 11 chemistry lays the foundation for many concepts tested in the IIT JEE exam. It's important because it provides fundamental knowledge that is built upon in later classes and during JEE preparation. Understanding these basics well can make tackling more complex problems easier.

it is very important to build the foundation to understand many topics from class 12th.It covers around 60% to 70% of JEE syllabus.
