Hi Souvik, I also did Biology+Maths as my main subject in my 11 and 12. And now I was Masters in Computer Science and Engineering Graduate and a software engineer too. So it doesn't matter if you choose Biology/ Computer Science in 11. But, you should've study Maths as a main subject if you want to focus your career towards any branch in Engineering (including Computer Science). However, if you want to do MCA(Masters in Computer Application), Which is equivalent to B.Tech Computer Science, you not necessarily have to choose Maths as a subject in your 11/12. Because there or other possibilities *12(non-maths subject) *Bachelors Degree (Computer Science/BCA/Maths/Physics/Chemistry/Non-Arts/Non-Biology Subjects) *MCA. Suggestion: You are desired to be a Software Engineer, which basically doesn't require you to be a computer science graduate, Its only an added advantage. So better improve your programming skills before entering your college. Hope my answer helps. read less
