The IELTS Reading test can be perceived as tough due to several reasons. Firstly, the time constraint adds pressure as test takers must answer a substantial number of questions within a limited timeframe. Additionally, the passages in the Reading test are often academically oriented, requiring a higher level of vocabulary and comprehension skills. The presence of complex sentence structures, unfamiliar topics, and specific details to locate further increase the difficulty. Furthermore, the test may include traps or distractors, which can confuse test takers and require careful attention and analysis.
