Why does it become difficult to get an 8 band score in the IELTS listening compared to other modules?

It all depends on the type of listening approach you adopt to use for your listening test. Understand that for IELTS Listening is not an Appreciative Listening approach that would help you score well. You must practice Critical Listening to get your answers.
