In reality, the best way to improve English fluency is by speaking a lot. Regarding improving English speaking skills, don't forget that listening is the basis for speaking! When you also want to practice speaking, here are some recommendations on how to improve English speaking skills. It's advantageous to have native speakers around to practice with.
