First of all, The reason for appearing IELTS exam either to get an admission in any University, which asks for this exam or apply for the work Visa in foreign countries. Likewise, Australia, New Zealand and Canada and many more. For Schloarships you also need other special skills.

Ielts can only help you get admission abroad in the desired universities. Its not a scholarship prgram, its the langauge testing system to assess the language ability. as english is not our first language.
