I am a British council certified trainer. I suggest that rather than preparing on your own you need to take the help of a professional trainer like me. I can suggest you tips for listening. You can practice listening to BBC News and Documentaries and take notes this helps you in listening. In case of writing your essays needs to be graded by a professional otherwise you may not be able to understand what is expected by the grader of your essays. read less
