Obviously not. You can't obtain the qualification legally without taking the test. If you have taken a test in the past two years and have lost the certificate, then you can obtain a replacement, but not otherwise. It will be totally illegal if you make a copy of these certificates without writing...

Obviously not. You can't obtain the qualification legally without taking the test. If you have taken a test in the past two years and have lost the certificate, then you can obtain a replacement, but not otherwise. It will be totally illegal if you make a copy of these certificates without writing the exam, and this gesture is not tolerated anywhere. You have to prepare well and sit for the exams physically. There are a lot of tips and strategies for you to pass the exam. In fact, you can learn under a tutor, or you can prepare by yourselves. read less

Try to speak in English and ask the other person to correct you if you are wrong. Read newspaper, books and find meanings of new words and try to use them while speaking. Listen to English speeches to know the correct pronunciation.
