Obviously not. You can't obtain the qualification legally without taking the test. If you have taken a test in the past two years and have lost the certificate, then you can obtain a replacement, but not otherwise. If you have taken a test in the past two years and have lost the certificate, then you can obtain a replacement, but not otherwise. It will be totally illegal if you make a copy of these certificates without writing the exam, and this gesture is not tolerated anywhere. You have to prepare well and sit for the exams physically. There are a lot of tips and strategies for you to pass the exam. In fact, you can learn under a tutor, or you can prepare by yourselves. read less
