It's depends on proper guidance and coaching for preparation and content for practice, one can get score of 8 also

Make your life a masterpiece;imagine no limitations on what you can be,have or do.

It's pretty much easy to score overall 8 or 9 but if one follows the proper format under proper guidance. Lexical resources,vocabulory, variety of tenses n coherence cohesion should be there in speaking n writing . By practising more n more, one can easily achieve the required result.

Difficult but definitely possible. It takes a little bit of hard work, dedication and right guidance . Last but not least practice.
