Yes. Only pencils are allowed in the IELTS Writing task.

Yes. You can use pencil to write IELTS as it will help you make the necessary corrections. It is better to use a dark pencil (HP, Apsara dark).

Practise Practise Practise until perfection.Use paragraphs as needed.Do not use many contractions and also use active voice phrases.7.5 score already has good handwriting , may be focus on basic tips.
