You could pass the ielts exam after understanding the whole pattern and relevant things reading all four modules and than ample practice is needed to get good at that so that during exam you feel confident to write answers of all four modules.

To begin with, u must strengthen ur grammar and along with that you will require to improve ur concentration. And for that u need some one who can work on ur weaknesses and guide u as a trainer
