Once you are done with the IELTS test, you need to wait for 13 days for your Test Report Form (TRF) to be issued. You can collect your TRF at any IDP offices near your area. However, you will have to bring a form of identity which you took to appear for the test in order to receive your Test Report Form. You will be provided with one original TRF unless you are applying for citizenship, you will be granted with two. Although, the proof needed to be shown for immigration to the specified country. The above process comes into play once your results have been announced. The first time you view your results will be online. Once you have acquired your original TRF, you can now proceed to apply for universities. You will be provided with five other TRF's to send to 5 different universities of your choice. In case you require more than 5, you will have to appeal before IDP and request to grant you an additional TRF. It is possible to get more than five report forms, although an additional fee will be charged from your end. If you apply for an additional TRF after a month of the results being declared, the fee to pay will also increase. You will also be required to fill a form: "Application for the Issue of Additional TRFs". These charges are exclusive of the regular fees. read less
