No, Band score of IELTS doesn't vary for specialization u choose in a particular University.I will be standard for a particular University.

No, it does not vary as per the stream, however it varies university to university.

No. The IELTS band score will not effect your specialization. But, if you score well you can get admission in the best university with the desired specialization.
