You learn when you are comfortable.

You can practice speaking in front of a mirror or camera.... This way you can also focus on your expressions... And it will help you with your nervousness as well.

You can watch video speech given by experts, like Ted talks,secondly video record your speech and repeat it until you get a better one. Looking at the mirror while you are giving a speech is one of the best practice.
