Listen and watch english movies read newspaper. which can improve your listening skills.

Take lots of mock tests and if you're getting a low score, practice by listening to Youtube videos on a variety of subjects. Summarise the audio after you hear it. If you do that you will pay attention to everything being said in the audio.

To improve the listening skills, underline the key words given in the question paper beforehand and try to listening to those very ketwords in the recording. It will make easier to locate the answers.

Listen to a lot of videos and recordings of conversation from different countries to understand the accent. this really helps

Get trained with either British Council or IDP workshops. Be ready with a demo class. Must have the aptitude and passion to teach. The band doesn't necessarily suggest your ability to coach.

Absolutely no, there is no negative marking, yet, to be sure, in the Listening module, if you have missed any question, avoid making a wild guess.
