Even after practicing for 1 year in reading section of IELTS, I am unable to improve my reading score from 5.5. What should I do?

Hi Tahir, Just analyse whether you brought in any new approach in tackling the reading questions different from that of your 1st and 2nd day of preparation. Contact any good IELTS trainer for suggestions on techniques and strategies on how to tackle different types of questions.
