Yes, you can attend IELTS coaching without having a passport. IELTS is an international standardised test conducted multiple times a year to evaluate candidates English language ability. It is taken by millions of candidates to get into colleges/universities or to migrate in English speaking countries. This exam has four parts, listening, reading, writing and speaking. To clear all these rounds with a band of 7.5+, you could either seek guidance from a tutor or opt for coaching. If you're comfortable learning online, then you could also take online IELTS courses. My suggestion is that taking IELTS coaching is quite useful in the examination hall. Meanwhile, you can apply for your passport so that you don't have to wait for it to arrive. Always remember that you don't need your passport to take coaching classes, but you surely need it while taking the IELTS test in the exam centre as your proof of identity. read less
