With a Bachelor's degree in Arts (BA) as my educational background, I have supplemented my knowledge with specialized yoga training courses. I completed the Guruvula Gurukula Shikshana course at the Satya Sai Ashram in Mahanandi, further enhancing my understanding of traditional yoga practices. Additionally, I obtained a Yoga Instructor Course (YIC) certification from Bangalore University, solidifying my expertise in yoga instruction.

Continuing my quest for knowledge and excellence, I pursued advanced training in human excellence through a yoga shibir at Ramakrishna Math. This experience deepened my understanding of yoga philosophy and its application in promoting holistic well-being.

Throughout my yoga journey, I have been honored with prestigious accolades, including the National Best Yoga Trainer Award and a state-level gold medal. These recognitions serve as a testament to my dedication, expertise, and contribution to the field of yoga.

I am committed to making yoga accessible to all individuals, regardless of their location or circumstances. Therefore, I offer both online and offline classes, providing flexibility and convenience for my students. Whether in a virtual setting or a traditional studio environment, my teaching approach remains consistent, emphasizing mindfulness, alignment, and breath awareness.

While I do not offer formal competition preparation services, I am dedicated to helping my students achieve their personal yoga goals. I provide certification upon completion of training programs and offer guidance and support to those interested in exploring the competitive aspect of yoga.
