I tailor my lessons and explanation plans to match the requirements of the learners. This might range from proper training sessions to homework, where the students must practice it from time to time. For the past 11 years, I have been training students. During these years, whenever I instructed my students, I always focused on helping them to grow and understand what they are learning.
