I am a dedicated Yoga trainer with 5 years of teaching experience, guiding students of all levels toward better flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. Yoga has been an integral part of my life, and I am passionate about sharing its traditional practices to help individuals achieve physical fitness and inner balance.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com.) degree and am certified by Vishwa Yoga Vishwapeeth. My certification and formal training in traditional Yoga practices enable me to teach with authenticity, discipline, and proper technical understanding of asanas, breathing techniques, and alignment.

As a national-level Yoga player, I have actively participated in Yoga competitions, which has strengthened my practical knowledge and performance skills. This competitive exposure adds depth and credibility to my teaching, allowing me to train students not only for general wellness but also for performance and skill enhancement.

My sessions focus on improving flexibility, building strength, enhancing posture, and promoting mental calmness. I emphasize correct form, breathing control, and gradual progression so that students can practice safely and effectively. I believe Yoga is not just physical exercise but a holistic practice that nurtures both body and mind.

I conduct both online and offline classes, adapting sessions based on the individual goals and fitness levels of my students. Whether someone is a beginner or an advanced practitioner, I ensure that each class is structured and beneficial.
