Energetic group fitness instructor and personal trainer with strong background of Physical therapy and Intensive fitness education-Aerobics, Pilates, Yoga, weights, spinning, fitness diet and nutrition, fitness and gym instruction and dance instruction. Highly motivated to help clients to reach their health and fitness goals. Promotes activities and coping methods that transfer unhealthy habits and fuel healthy minds and bodies.
Training the clients by monitoring general safety tips, special populations, injury prevention and management by physician report. Develop and implement personalized exercise and diet programs to assist individual clients. Counsel clients about fitness, exercise, and injury management. Instruct clients how to use equipment and ensure all equipment is well maintained. Design and implement cross-training, spinning and running classes to match the fitness level and abilities of all participants.
