I am a certified RYT 200 Yoga Teacher from the Sri Sri School of Yoga, with strong communication skills and a passion for guiding students on their wellness journey. I specialize in teaching basic to intermediate yoga asanas, along with practices that support weight loss, stress-free living through meditation, improved immunity, and enhanced flexibility.
Drawing from the teachings of my Guruji and the wisdom of the Patanjali Yoga Sutras and yogic ethics, I ensure that every session is both practical and deeply rooted in tradition. My unique teaching style combines two-way interactive learning and clear, effective communication, making it easy for students to understand and apply techniques.
