"I had a very disappointing experience. Initially, I booked English cursive handwriting classes for my child at ₹350 for 40 minutes. After 7 classes, he suggested adding phonics, making it ₹500 for one hour, which I agreed to without bargaining. I paid ₹10,000 for the initial classes and later paid another ₹10,000 in advance when he requested money due to a personal emergency. However, the classes became very irregular afterward. We had agreed on classes after 6 PM because my child has karate at 5 PM, but he repeatedly asked to come at 5 PM despite knowing my child's schedule. Out of 18 scheduled classes in one month, he conducted only 8. There were frequent reasons for cancellations, including bike issues and various personal or family reasons. Consistency is extremely important for children's learning, especially phonics. When I raised my concerns and asked for a refund for the remaining classes, he refused and told me to do whatever I wanted. I would advise parents to clearly discuss the schedule, number of classes, payment terms, and refund policy before paying a large amount in advance. "

Thank you, madam, for writing a negative review. In my 21 years, this is the first time I have received a negative review. We are not running a charity show to give free service. We are not bound to work without getting fees. First, don't force a child to write if he is not interested, and you manupalate the things and blame tutor and ask for a refund for not continuing the classes. Thank you once again for your valuable review; with your review, I got 5 stars.

Thank you, madam, for your valuable review First, you cheated me by not continuing the class for more than 3 months and asking for a refund because your son is not interested in classes and was forced by his parents to take classes, and I also made a mistake by giving 30 per cent in fees. One suggestion for their parents: when the child is not interested, don't force them to learn, blame the tutor and manipulate the tutor by asking for a refund. We are not running a charity service. Same thing if you pay fees in college and do not attend the college for 3 months and ask for a refund from the college. I am thankful to you that in my life and 21 years, nobody has written negative reviews; your review made me stronger and strongest. Thank you
