Human is very important asset of any nation. The greater the number of population ,the greater the strength a country have because human capital is very important asset for any contry .It has greater importance for country like india. But if the working population of a country is not well versed with skill and health it become 'curse' for a country . SO basic knowledge ,better skill and focus on proper health service is the key to transform human capital. though education and health are essential eliment but they are not sufficient . A large skilled workforce without sustainable and better employment facilities will remain unproductive and will be burden on economy rather tthan contributing in itself. So a country like india whose 65% population is under 35 yrs should focus on generating better employment opportunities....other this asset can be converted into curse for country. read less

The best example of this type of situation is China...they maintained 2 digit growth rate for over 30 years making it the second richest country in the world after USA....Thank you! read less
