MMy name is Srinivas Kamisetty ,I am just started my teaching career in last year .I have just started my career as a lecturer ... I have one year teaching experience ....In the beginning I had a fear to apply for this post...even though i am not upto the mark of your expectations because I have worked only for one year but i am with full of confidence that I am going to be selected in this job because my way of teaching is different from other lecturers .. In our country students are choosing the teaching field after trying jobs in diffferent sectors due to the scarcity of jobs..If they don't get any job in their chosen field then they choose the teaching field .These are the problems faced by many faculties who are working in the colleges ... According to survey conducted by international bussiness the indian degreee colleges are not having the standard of teaching and majority of students just completing their graduation and they are not given any practical knowledge by teachers.. the sad fact is that in New Delhi 100 teaching posts are vacant from the last 10 years because they haven't met the person who is upto the mark of their expectations... 60 percent of indian engineers are from india but they cant acheive anything in this sector ... In 1932 Karl max has stated that Indian eduaction system don't have a standard education because of that students are not getting good oppurtunities and it was told by Karl Marx hundred years ago but there is no change and Remote gotti has said the same statement which was told by Karl Marx that Indian colleges doesnt have the capability of giving proper jobs to the students ..when britishers left us we had just 25 universities and 600 plus colleges in our country now it is increased upto 625 universties and 70000 colleges in our country still no Indian university has been placed in the top ten universities of world..world's first and oldest university is situated in india but there is nothing to acheive with it..There is a lot of difference between what they learnt in books and how they apply in their real life..and it is difficult for them to apply in their life what they have learnt in books. Even though world best eduaction system is situated in the finland the classes are only for twenty hours in a week but in India we are spending almost 60 to 70 hours in a week yet we are not acheiving anything ..These are the reasons behind these problems faculties play the key role but in some places security guards are getting more salaries than the lecturers. so,professors and lecturers are not interested to teach the students. Teachers are neglecting and not showing any interest but they are just completing there syllabus so, students are not succeeding in this competive world, finally students are not getting jobs so,they are against the government.They will fight against the government and later they start fighting against the country ..even in Jammu Kashmir majority of indian students are supporting pakistan because they are feeling india is developing and they are not part of it not only in jammus kashmir even in the area BATHKAL in karnataka local students of that area helped the terrorists in suicide bombings at lumbini parke.It's a fact and we have to accept it ....At the end of the day i started thinking about all these i have decided to work as a lecturer and i started my journey to give the students a quality and nation building education... Every indian need to think about this when we become patriotric on the day of August 15th and republic Day26th.....this is not a patriortism as a principal and lecturer we should have resposnsibility of students .they are not the students they are valuable like a human resource of country we need to use it proper way and mould them towards nation buiding education...majority of the students changing their streams of eduction because students are expecting high salary ...theirs education is not only for themselves but it is a tool for a country like India .....for example a architect in zimbambawe has consrtucted a buliding called East Gate centre ,,it is not an ordinary bulding it is having a spl quality and feature and it will automatically cool the building temparature and hot the temparature when out side weather was cool it is just constructed with any elecrticity , the system they have used just based upon the insect which creates a net which will increase or decrease the temparature based up on these they build it now it is getting 90 percent of power when compared to same building in the world ... just one experiment changes every thing ... there are so many students in the country having the power and strength to acheive so many things .the teacher's duty is to identify them and mould them then only he or she gets satisfaction ... the day our students acheive something doing better for the society and useful to the society and make our country feel proud then only the teacher is satisfied otherwise how much you earn from this field, eventhough you earn more money dont give any satisfaction.At that the principal and lecturer would proudly announce that he was my student.THAT MOMENT IS PRICELESS THIS are the things I have BUIILT IN MY SELF AND have CHosen MY CAREER TO BECOME a PROFESSOR ....
