Hello! I'm Avinash Kumar Aradhyu Dance fitness instructor and certified yoga trainer I live in Hyderabad. I absolutely love teaching Dance fitness classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a Party...!!!

I've been a free style Dance instructor since 2009,later in 2019 l had certified as international zumba Dance fitness instructor.

Over the past few years l have taken number of different types of fitness session in corporate From Gyms to studios and from personal training to Virtual zoom sessions, different dance form like

hip-hop,
cumbia,
reggaeton
freestyle
HIIT (High intensity interval training)
functional training
&Body weight training.
because people are looking for different ways to get fit.
