My name is Archana and I hail from India. I am a Yoga Teacher and Evaluator, having undergone 800 hours of training from the Yoga Certification Board(Ministry of Ayush) through Ayushman Yog. My expertise spans Hatha Vinyasa, Prenatal, and Kids Yoga, with seamless transitions between online and offline teaching methods.
​In addition to my Yoga Alliance and YCB certifications, I hold an MBA in Human Resources and possess an A1 Certificate in German from Goethe Zentrum Hyderabad. I am also a proud N.C.C ‘C’ Certificate Holder.
With my yoga teaching journey that began in 2014, I have guided diverse groups, from beginners to seniors and children. Adapting successfully to the post-COVID era, I tailor class content to individual levels and styles. Specialized sessions include prenatal yoga at renowned hospitals and group sessions in gated communities. And a proud faculty member of Ayushman Yog.
In addition to my teaching, I have expanded my knowledge through workshops led by renowned figures in the field, including a 4-day Ashtanga Yoga Workshop by Ms. Deepika Mehta, and a Chair Yoga Workshop by Shri. H.S Arun, an Iyengar Yoga Workshop by Shri. Sandeep Manur, and an Intensive Yoga Workshop by Shri. Praveen Somu.
My other experiences include marching in the Republic Day Contingent at Rajpath, New Delhi (1999), achieving a Silver Medal in River Crossing at an All India Rock Climbing Training Camp, and participating in the Inter-District Volleyball Championship.
