Amigaz Fitness Studio

Amigaz Fitness makes fitness centers affordable and accessible to people of all abilities and fitness levels because we believe there is an athlete in all of us. With focus on providing members with the best equipment, guidance, and value-added services to help them achieve results. We are a team of four women with varied experience in the fitness industry who came together to start Amigaz Fitness Studio. We possess skills and expertise in the areas of Aerobics, Personal Training, Dance, Yoga, Zumba, Diet Counseling, and Fitness Studio Management. For us, fitness is not just about a weight loss program. It encompasses and covers cardiovascular resistance, strength, alertness, endurance, body flexibility, body toning, as well as weight loss and wellness. By adopting a holistic approach to fitness, we want women to achieve overall lifestyle improvements including self-esteem and self-respect for one's physical structure.
