Hello, Dance has no age limit to learn, but the only thing you need to maintian fitness and interest would be the main criteria to learn anything.

Do I have to be in good shape to start Zumba?

Hello Vibha, The zumba dance itself to shredd the kilos from the body. So, once you start learning zumba obviously your body will be in good shape. But you need to do zumba atleast for 4 months, to see better results. Thanks.

May I do Zumba if i have backpain?

Hello Bivash, Yes, you can learn Zumba even if you have backpain. But you need to perform warmup seesion atleast 15 mins before you start dance. It will reduce your pain in long run as well. Once you start shredding down your weight, then your back pain problem can completely stop. Thanks.
