Greetings! I’m thrilled to share my journey as a yoga instructor with you. Over the past four years, I’ve dedicated myself to the practice and teaching of yoga, having completed a comprehensive 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification. This certification has provided me with a deep understanding of various yoga practices, philosophies, and techniques, which I am eager to share with my students.

My teaching journey began in Himachal Pradesh, where I had the privilege of teaching at my Guru’s center. This experience allowed me to immerse myself in the practice of yoga and understand its transformative power. The serene environment and the deep connection with my Guru enriched my teaching approach, allowing me to impart not just physical techniques but also the spiritual essence of yoga.

Currently, I am expanding my reach to offer both online and offline yoga classes. This transition enables me to connect with students from diverse backgrounds and locations, providing them with the opportunity to experience yoga’s benefits no matter where they are. I am committed to making each class a meaningful and enriching experience, tailored to meet the needs of individual students.

In my classes, I focus on practical sessions that emphasize correct postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness. My aim is to help students achieve a balanced and harmonious state of being, both physically and mentally. I believe in the power of personalized instruction to guide students through their yoga journey, ensuring they gain confidence and proficiency in their practice.

Live sessions are a key component of my teaching methodology. They allow me to interact with students in real-time, offering immediate feedback and adjustments to ensure proper technique and alignment. This direct interaction fosters a supportive learning environment where students can ask questions and receive guidance as they progress.

While I do not provide additional materials at this time, my classes are designed to be comprehensive and self-sufficient. I am passionate about helping students unlock their potential through yoga and am dedicated to supporting their growth every step of the way.
