Yogshala

Yogshala has been offering yoga classes for four years now. We have undergone several certifications, including a one-month foundation course from the National Institute of Morarji Desai, a three-month course as protocol instructors, a wellness program certification, and a level three teacher and evaluator certification.
Our primary objective is to build awareness of yoga and promote good health. At Yogshala, our team teaches various forms of yoga, including Ashtanga Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and therapy-based yoga. We offer both online and offline classes, and the timings are flexible, with classes available early in the morning or the evening. Our courses promote general health, and the group classes cost Rs. 1000 monthly.
We are dedicated to helping our students achieve their health goals and provide personalised attention to each individual. To ensure that our students understand the yoga theory, we give them notes to aid their preparations. We are well-equipped to help individuals get certified in yoga, although our institute still needs to provide such certificates. Our approach to teaching is patient, compassionate, and grounded in the principles of yoga. Our passion for yoga and its benefits have driven us to start Yogshala, and we are committed to creating a positive impact in the lives of our students.
