I am certified in 500hrs Teacher's training, I did diploma in yoga therapy and completed my masters in yoga too.
With a deep passion for Yoga and wellness i have 6 years of experience in personal training and group yoga instruction, I am excited about the opportunity to contribute my skills and expertise to your team. I am certified in Yoga and holistic fitness and have a proven track record of helping my clients achieve their fitness goals through tailored workout plans and motivational coaching. I successfully implemented innovative yogic techniques focused on strength training, weight loss, flexibility, Emotional and mental healing , Physical transformations resulting in better lifestyle. From past 4 years i have been dedicated towards transforming the lives in all aspects and since 1 year i have been working with prenatal and postnatal clients and was successful in making 80% of my clients deliver normal and now they are with me on their postnatal journey. I have been working hard to create personalized yoga programs, combined with my dedication to fostering a supportive and encouraging environment, has consistently led to positive outcomes for clients of diverse fitness levels. I am eager to bring my passion for Yoga and my commitment to helping individuals achieve their health objectives .
