Many beginners initially struggle with restlessness, wandering thoughts, or difficulty maintaining focus. Over time, students become more comfortable with the practice and start experiencing the benefits of meditation, including reduced stress, better sleep, and improved mental clarity. I also incorporate short discussions after meditation sessions where students can share their experiences and ask questions. This helps build a deeper understanding of the practice and encourages consistency in daily meditation routines. In private sessions, I customize meditation techniques based on the student’s goals, such as stress management, emotional healing, or improving focus Through my teaching experience, I have witnessed positive transformations in many students.
