Sunita S. - Yoga professional with 12 years experience

Embark on a transformative journey into the realms of yoga, encompassing Ashtanga, Hatha, and meditation, guided by a seasoned practitioner with 12 years of expertise. Armed with a PG Diploma in Yoga and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification (YTC), my commitment to the ancient art of yoga began in 2012 under the guidance of Barathi Yog Santan.

My journey into teaching unfolded in Andhra, where I dedicated myself to training students at a school. The passion for spreading the profound benefits of yoga extended to Gurgaon, where I continued to share my knowledge and practice. The diverse settings of schools and varied locations have enriched my teaching experience, allowing me to connect with individuals from different walks of life.

The foundation of my expertise lies not only in formal certifications but in years of dedicated practice and hands-on teaching experience. The focus has always been on making yoga accessible to all age groups, fostering a holistic approach to physical and mental well-being.

Online sessions, conducted for 1 hour, offer a space for practical engagement suitable for practitioners of any age. The emphasis is on live sessions, creating an interactive platform for individuals to learn and experience the essence of yoga directly.

Join me in this transformative journey, where the ancient wisdom of yoga blends seamlessly with modern teaching methods. Together, let's explore the path to physical and mental harmony, embracing the timeless practice of Ashtanga, Hatha, and meditation.
