I take care of how a person is introduced to Yog and how it receives it in a comfortable doable manner. Students should feel instructions are easy to understand and follow. They should be introduced to yogic kriyas and asanas as per their requirement and level so they do it with interest. Gradually they should open up with Yog and learn breath synchronization with postures which is mindful and enjoyable. First i focus on solving health issues and along with that muscle and join opening gradually increasing energy and strength in the body and make one's mind more peaceful with increased focus.

Teaching Experience in detail in Meditation classes
Meditation happens on its own and we can only prepare our body and mind for meditation to happen to us. We keep practicing to stay steady physically, not doing any movements, we then continue the process to practice and calm our mind. As we start concentrating on the dhyaya, repeatedly then eventually Meditation starts happening on it's own. We receive inner healing from meditation, we are able to think, act and live our life in a better way and there are innumerable positive effects on us.
