Yoga for me is not just important for physical health but for holistic wellness of the being. I have done extensive 900 hours yoga teacher training from the oldest organised yoga school in the world, The Yoga Institute ( Mumbai) .

I bring to my classes not only what i have learnt as a trainee teacher but also what i have experienced as a practitioner and a teacher. My classes are an amalgamation of flexibility, strength, mobility and endurance, Pranayama, kriyas and meditation. But before designing any class i keep in mind what my student wants or needs from her/his practice.

I offer 4 options for practicing with me -
1) Online Yoga Sessions through Skype
2) Group Yoga Sessions at my home.
3) Individual Yoga Sessions at my home.
4) Group Yoga Sessions at your location (minimum 5 people)

I also specialize in Kids Yoga.
