Hi, I am a passionate yoga teacher dedicated to helping people build a healthier, calmer, and more balanced life through yoga.
My own yoga journey began in 2020, and over the years, yoga has transformed not only my physical strength and flexibility but also the way I respond to stress and everyday challenges. This inspired me to deepen my knowledge through a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program, where I studied asana alignment, anatomy, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy and ayurveda.
I offer mindful and accessible yoga sessions tailored to individual needs and experience levels. My approach combines yoga postures, breathwork, pranayama, and relaxation to support both physical and mental well-being.
