My background in psychology and human resource management, along with my years in the corporate world, gave me a front-row seat to stress, burnout, and disconnection. In 2024, inspired by a teaching of His Holiness the Dalai Lama “Our prime purpose in this life is to help others” I knew it was time to share what yoga had given me.

Today, I am a 200-hour RYT-certified yoga teacher, trained in Hatha, Restorative, Yin, and mindful movement. I hold space where people can slow down, reconnect with their breath, and find peace within no matter what life looks like outside.
Teaching Philosophy
Yoga is my way of reminding people that they are whole.

My classes are gentle yet powerful a blend of mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness. I believe in offering variations so every body can feel included, respected, and supported. Students often describe my presence as calm yet energizing, my pace as unhurried, and my approach as compassionate but gently challenging.
