There's no particular reason to compare which instrument is easier or harder to learn. All musical instruments have different technique/style. Follow your heart which instruments you like the most. To master music is important with the instruments you choose.

The consensus is that guitar is an easier instrument to learn than violin, and that it takes more practice time to get to a performance-worthy level for the violin than the guitar. Violin is more difficult because of its lack of frets and its complexity in playing techniques.

Get yourself in musical world and stay tune

both are the same easy and difficult, both instruments belongs string instrument family...both needed finger practice....both will take time bring command on it....but violin mostly represent emotions, feelings of sadness or happiness, and guitar represents positivity, Passion and energetic vibes....

It's really depends on your personal preference, Yes acoustic guitar has a wider range of playing style so most people prefer that.

It's impossible. If you are fully dedicated even then it will take probably 3-5 months to clear your basics. You have to give minimum 6 months if you want to clear you basic stuff and minimum 1 year if want to play decently.
