What makes a guitar unplayable?

Guitar Tutor With Experience of 7years

Untuned strings, over tuned strings make it unplayable. A bend in neck can also make it unplayable. A damaged neck bridge or body bridge makes it unplayable. A damaged unaligned fret bar makes it unplayable.

I am guitar teacher with three years experience in online teaching

It is hard to tune, gitar will be bend ,its does not stay in tunes, the nuts is too high and to slow causing strings to buzz against the frets. the bridge sitting too low and/or the neck having a back bow.
