Go for Yamaha base model.. that is F280.. around 7k.. you may get some discount and get it for around 6 something... If you're budget is even lower... Try to grab a second hand ( but check the quality, defects, reason why it is being sold) I won't recommend buying just any guitar because it will remain...

It should not be so cheap that you're not able to play it after 2-3 years only... It will be a waste then. read less

Can go with Pluto brand it cost around 6k even more budget guitars are available in Amazon but the original volume comes from a good brand

How much time will it take to learn electric guitar?
Completely depends on how much you practice. The instrument gives back what you give to it. Also I feel one keeps on learning. Yes you could start playing chords of your favourite songs in 2 months dedicated practice time.
