What is the best brand in acoustic guitars to buy for beginners: Yamaha or Fender or Cort?

Respected, Yamaha F310 is one of the best low range acoutic guitar. Fender for sure is good but is more costly than Yamaha. But Yamaha F310 is around 8-9 thousand and worth the price.
