It keeps changing with season. You must get it serviced every 2-3 months from a professional guitar tech. You may install a dehumidifier if there is humidity. If the Guitar has a truss rod , you can tighten it up and the fret will not bend..

If you already know that you will not going to play your guitar for next 5-7 days or more.....then loose all the strings of your guitar that will prevent the bend problem. Also don't put any stress on the top part of your guitar when you put back your guitar in bag.
