The Feel of the strings (the tension is low in case of the electric guitar, compared to the acoustic one), the spacing of the frets (the frets are slightly farther apart in case of the electric guitar), the stem is slightly thiner compared to the box guitar. For electric you need to work more on muting while playing on high hain tones and for acoustic you would need a stronger fretting hand, bending is a little harder depending on string gauge.
